However, the number of followers must not be lower than the count before the order started, so that we know the drops were of our followers. If you submit a refill request and the number is lower than the start count, the order history will show “below start count.”
Most likely, you placed your order before signing up. In this case, the order will not appear in the new account’s order history.
You can contact support with your order details, and they will add it to your new account.

Also, order completion may not be visible due to drops. If you ordered a service with refill, you can send it for a refill from your order history.
Almost all services start within an hour. For services manually processed by moderators (for example, reviews), the start time may be longer. More accurate information can be found on the service page.
